Well, well. Cheney was right. I only have one question. Why did he talk before the war and then after the war was decided but not during the war? He did the same thing right after 9/11. He only came out from hiding after things settled down. I guess he must have another job which occupies his time. How do you spell that? Hallibur...

Don't get me wrong. I like Cheney. He's just a puzzle. An enigma.
